The third Somali National Army (SNA) Staff Course is concluded. All eleven SNA attendees Officers completed the course with success and distinction. The related closing ceremony was held at Villa Gashandiga (SNA General Staff HQ) in the presence of Somali Deputy Chief of Defence Forces Support and Deputy Mission Force Commander EUTM-S as head representatives. The students provided briefings on what they had learned and achieved before being presented with their Certificates of Achievement.
The EUTM-S, once again, conducted a coherent and comprehensive approach in order to contribute to the capability of Somali’s Security Institutions in close coordination with International Partners.
This training cycle will be followed by a Command Post Exercise in which the General Staff and the Sectors will be afforded the opportunity to practice their acquired skills.
